The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of 41 projects receiving funding from the Intelligent Energy – Europe II (IEE-II)1 programme (2007-2013) and the Energy Efficiency calls within the Horizon 20202 programme (2014-2020).
The study describes the findings from the quantitative evaluation of the impacts and achievements of the 41 energy efficiency projects – including innoveas, combined with the learnings from the survey, and the stakeholder interview phase of the work.
Here is presented the final results, lessons learned and conclusions and recommendations.
